Using disposable email addresses to bypass free-tier limits on AI service providers (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or others) is strictly prohibited. We are not liable for any account bans or suspensions imposed by these companies as a result of such use.

We work hard to keep Pinbox running smoothly 24/7. However, like any online service, there may be occasional interruptions due to:
- Scheduled maintenance and updates
- Technical issues or server problems
- Events beyond our control (such as internet outages)
We'll do our best to notify you in advance of any planned downtime. While we strive for maximum reliability, Pinbox is provided "as-is" and we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
6. Refund Policy
Unethical use of Pinbox is strictly prohibited. If your account is banned or suspended due to a violation of these Terms of Service or for any unethical behavior, the amount paid for your subscription is strictly non-refundable.
